Kutehjombulu 2BAB donates D700, 000 to Jinack Upper, Senior School

Kutehjombulu 2BAB Foundation has donated D700, 000 worth in material to Jinack Lower, Upper and Senior Secondary School.

The material included, learning material, sporting gears and garden tools, aimed to enabling conducive and affordable education to the children of the community.

Abdlie Jarjue, a head teacher and Cherno Sillah, a Principal of Jinack Senior Secondary School both commended the complementing efforts of Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education in attaining quality education.

The duo’s called on the parents to support the school authorities to ensure student complement their education from grade 1 to 12.

But for Mr Sillah, who is the Principal of the school expressed concern on high rate school dropout and urged student to take up learning seriously.

Ebrima Sighateh, former Principal and who initiated the partnership expressed delight on the commitment of Kutehjombulu 2BAB Foundation in strengthen conducive learning environment for student.

He urged the school authorities to maintain high level of collaboration with the foundation ensure that the donated materials are fully utilize and contribute to academic performance.

Momodou Manneh School Management Committee Chairman and Amadou Manneh Village Development Committee both renewed the community continues support to the foundation and school in archiving advancing learning and teaching.

Marie Manneh, a women representative reiterated their support and cooperation with the foundation, noting that the intervention has contributed in improving health care and others.

“By extension provided space for their sons and daughters to be complete their schooling in the village. Parents should be frequently visiting the school especially the upper grade and work with school authorities in ensuring that student complement their education,” she said.

And the alkalolu Alhagie Yankuba Manneh of Jinack Kajata and Sheriff Bojang of Jinack Niji assured of the communities support and cooperation.
