Coco Corrah, German based Gambian afrobeatz singer has released new song entitled ‘4life’ recently. The song is produced by Endy official talks about her music, the love of her music for life. It’s a deep story.
The 25-year-old is the daughter of DJ Corrah, one of the country’s first known international deejays. Coco is a singer and song writer, who started out in the music industry at a very tender age.
She told The Voice Vibes: “I have been doing music since I was a little girl here in Germany.
According to her, she took part in the 2011 Deutschland Sucht Den Superstar, a German reality talent show which is part of the idol franchise.
She explained that: “From 35,000 applicants, I was among the top 15. I was on the first live show and this made me popular in Germany.”
Coco further revealed: “I am also into dancing and have been on tour with renowned reggae dancehall musicians such as Konshens, J Capri, Charly Black. I have a song with Charly called “Body Language”.
He said: “Right now, I’m working with Endy Official, one of the best producers in The Gambia. We are working on some really good international afro beat songs. We want to show the world that Gambia got amazingly talented musicians and producers.”
