Bubacarr Boris Demba, regional coach in North Bank Region has said that the Gambia football cannot be develop without decentralization of the infrastructural development across the regions in the Gambia.
Demba, a former Steve Biko assistant Coach noted: “We cannot talked about the grass root football in the Gambia without having a good playing football pitch because were is you can select a young talented player”
Mr. Demba said the youth football can be improve through School football because in School there is no competitive football so for that been case it will be difficult to develop the country football and have a competitive football.
Coach Demba called on football stakeholders and administrators to put more focus on rural football development for the betterment of our football because football those not stop at the greater Banjul areas and the surrounding.
Tactician Demba, advise the players to focus on their profession if they want to become as a professional footballer in the future.
