Girigara Memorial Nursery School Friday graduated score of students from the school. The graduation and prize giving ceremony marked the maiden edition of the school graduation event. The event took place at the school premises in Busumbala village, West Coast Region.
Addressing parents of the graduated students, Namisa Jobe Jagne, proprietor of the school congratulated the students for their successful performances and as well thanked their parents for spending their money on their children education which is their future.
She told parents about the importance of sending their children to school as investing in them are never a waste. She added that children are like viable seeds which can never be productive without other conditions being met, “children are all viable seeds we should not neglect their other areas of life such as school and the paramount issue on the nurture of discipline.”
Madam Jagne as well told parents to continue caring and loving their children and as well accomplish responsibility on them by providing them basic needs and quality education.
She went further advising parents to devote more time and energy for the preparation of their children for future.
The school proprietor later informed the parents about their children academic performance and zeal to do more while she assured the parents that coming next academic year the school fees, especially when more students enroll into the school, will be reduced.
Again, she thanked the parents, and staff of the school for their cooperation and support to the school while prizes were given to students for their brilliant performances and parents too, for supporting and caring for their children.
