The former strikers gloves man Sanna Sambou known to many as (Yaps) has presented Sukuta zonal team two new balls + 20 Jersey shirts on Tuesday, the 29th of October 2019.
On behalf of Sukuta Tiger’s backroom staff, the head coach Lamin Camara expressed delight and appreciation for the gesture.
The former Wallidan striker has solemnly stated that, the donor has been donating towards football recalling that Nema Youths and the Nooraan committee has also received balls from the former goalkeeper.
In a separate development, the Tigers received extra four new balls from a donor who pleaded to be anonymous but a Sukutarian living in Germany as part of his contribution.
The Sukuta youths and Sports Association were presented with the home and away jersey by the tournament sponsors Africell..
Sukuta will begin their title hunt in the 2019 Zonal when they take on Manjai on Wednesday 6th November at the Serekunda West Park. The Sukuta Tigers were held at the Demba-Du mini park by Brufut in a 1-1 stalemate in their first per-tournament friendly.
However, Ronaldo and his team will have a long travel to Brikama on Thursday, 31st October 2019 for another tricky friendly against last year’s finalists, Brikama (the Satay Baa contingent). Kick-off 16:00.
