“The cash amount of D5, 000 we presented to the school administration should be use to buy plastic buckets and cups for the students at Early Childhood Development (ECD) department because I saw the students using one cup for drinking,” Mr. Vos explained.

He also urged the Headmistress and her teaching staff to do it as their duty in monitoring the students especially the organization’s sponsor’s students on their academic performance.

Mr. Vos appealed to the school administration and senior teachers to always give his organization timely and accurate information about their sponsors students at Sifoe Lower Basic School.

For her part, the Headmistress of Sifoe Lower Basic School, Madam Sunkary G. Sanyang applauded BFoTG through their chairman, Patrick de Vos and his wife, Christa for their continues assistance to her school.

According to Headmistress Sanyang the enrollment of her school for 2018/19 school academic year stands at 1359 out which 614 are boys while 745 are girls respectively.

She appealed to the BFoTG Board Members in Belgium through Mr. Vos to increase the sponsorship packages in her institution putting into consideration the current enrollment status of her School.

“Out of 1,359 students in my School, BFoTG are sponsoring 12 students i.e. 2 boys and 10 girls this is why I am appealing to them to increase their sponsorship packages in my school,” Headmistress Sanyang concluded.
