Happy New Year 2020

It is another end of year whereby everyone would like to make new resolutions on the last day of the twelfth month of the year, 31st December, as many people will set their goals for the New Year.

New Year’s resolutions as many will refer it is first to evaluate yourself on your achievements during the about to end year. This will enable you to set your goals for stepping-in New Year.

Well it is unfortunately that over average number of people will break their resolutions before end of the second month of the first quarter of every New Year.

However, at The Voice newspaper, we have set our goal to be among the leading newspapers as giving accurate and factual information remains our watchdog. This will be our commitment while at the end of the year we will stand tall to evaluate and count the blessings among the better ones.

This we have promise you life-changing commitments are just hard to, well, commit to. If most people can’t stay at it for six weeks, something must be wrong with the whole process.

However, on behalf of The Voice family to yours we are wishing each and every one of our reader and customer a Happy and prosperous New Year 2020.

Nyima Sillah – Reporter, with her experiences from different desks in the newsroom and self-determination in her resolutions for the New Year says “My resolutions are to achieve more in 2020 compared to 2019, get more experience in my career and develop myself further. Above all, I want to become one of the best journalists before end of the year 2020. While I wish to deliver to my highest level to make sure that The Voice is on the frontline.

Mariama Njie – Reporter. Her resolutions says “To make sure that all my dreams come through before end of the year 2020, achieve more experience in 2020 compare to the previous years. My wish, as one of the Reporters in The Voice, is to see the newspaper growing from strength to strength in other to reach higher height in this New Year.”

Binta Jaiteh – Reporter wishes and resolutions for the New Year are “with hard work I want to become a well experienced, better journalist and editor, as The Voice progress to high level.”

Saffiatou Fatty – Marketing Officer in her own resolutions for the New Year “is to experience new things that I have never experienced before, have new talent in my job and to as well have fulfilled dreams before end of the year 2020. In addition, to as well help make The Voice newspaper one of the best media companies in 2020.”

Bintou Waggeh – Account officer “my resolutions for the year is to be one of the best accountants and have dual experience in the area of accounting. Also, to help rise The Voice flag to the highest level in 2020.”

Landing Colley – Reporter “my resolutions for the New Year is to continue educating the general public through accurate information.

Musa Jatta – Graphic Designer his resolutions is to “stay healthy and make progress in my work. And in this New Year I wish to give more quality with good customer service delivery and create new ideas that will move the company.”

Bakary Ceesay, News Editor & Entertainment Columnist currently Berlin, Germany at Heilbronn University for his Master Degree, said all will be well and The Voice will be the leading paper in The Gambia. “We came from and where we are today his hard work and in 2020 we will do more. We will introduce more columns for our readers.”

Kebba Jawneh, production  manger another year has come to an end, and another has just begun. We were able as a team to publish the paper for the year 2019. Despite the little income and on and off advertisement we are grateful to those that are doing business with us. I take this opportunity to appeal to advertisers to do business with us.

Yunus Saliu – Contributor wishing readers and customers a happy and prosperous New Year saying“I wish everyone a happy and prosperous new year. As we wine and dine in this festive period, let’s not forget the less privilege ones around us. Let’s rejoice with them also with the little we can offer them. My resolutions for the year is to be happy and make people around me happy and may Almighty give me what it takes to achieve my set goals for the year. Again I wish The Voice management and staff of The Voice newspaper and the entire colleagues in other media houses, a happy New Year.”
