The deputy director of human resources and administration at Gambia Revenue Authority has authored his 31 books titled “importance of setting goals and benefits of monitoring relationship.
Speaking to journalists Dr. Seedy Drammeh explained the contains in the book as useful information about the importance of setting goals.
He said: “the book helps a person to focus on what he/she wants to accomplish and also guides him/her to organize his/her time and financial resources so as to effectively utilize them to achieve the desired goals.”
According to him, the book provides information on what should be done when setting personal goals, adding “anyone who wants to be successful at the highest level needs to set achievable goals. The goals should be clear and realistic so that you would be able to accomplish your dream.
He also said the Book gives advice on how to set personal goals saying it “also gives information about benefits of mentoring to people working on personal initiatives as well as at workplace and how it helps people to accomplish their goals.”
The book also assists institutions retain key skills and knowledge while at the same time reduces the amount of work on the key employees, he said.
