One of the Biggest GSM operators in The Gambia (Africell), Friday, 24th January signed Musa Gaye AKA Big Faa “borrom Bagass” as Africell Company’s Ambassador.
The signing ceremony of the company’s new Ambassador was held at Tallinding Bantaba Lower Basic School, Tallinding.
Waka Jagne, Peer Consultant and Event Manager for Africell said Africell is one of the biggest promoters in The Gambia music industry. “Today Africell is signing Big Faa as an Ambassador of the company,” he stressed.
Big Faa, according to Waka is one of the biggest products that came from Tallinding and this made the singing event a big day in the history of Tallinding as a native.
“Big Faa has been working with Africell for quite a longtime and Africell as a company is always satisfied with his work,” he said.
He added that the appointment has demonstrated the corporate social responsibility of Africell as the company is contributing and promoting talented young people which are gearing towards the economic development of The Gambia.
Ambassador Musa Gaye Aka Big Faa noted that this is not the first time he’s been signed by Africell Company as an Ambassador.
He thanked Africell for given him such a big opportunity again. “I’m so happy to be signed by one of the biggest GSM companies in the country again due to my hard work in the music industry,” he was delighted.
He however pledges “that I will never let you guys down for all the hopes and trust having in me.”
Memba Sanneh, Public Relations Officer of Bena Tallinding Youth Association and Pro Sanneh also made remarks at the signing ceremony and thanked the General Management of Africell for given Big Faa such a great opportunity.
