The popular reggae musician from Switzerland popular known as One Camp Crew will stage a live show in The Gambia, Saturday, 1st February at Satellite Club, Abuko.
In a chat with The Voice entertainment, Elijah disclosed his readiness to spread his reggae and dancehall music to the ears of the Gambia people as he come with full band.
“I am ready to bring Senegambia artists together and visiting The Gambia is like a life experience to me when it come to sector,” he told entertainment reporters.
He went further to expressed that he wants a brighter future for the African countries saying “in 2019 I saw lot of progress compared to previous years as many artists travelled to Norway, Switzerland and even Finland to do their music.”
Talking about his forthcoming show in the country, he said they are working on the music and the show is international collaboration with Gambian artists citing that is an association that promotes Intercultural exchange between Gambia and Swizz
According to him he is working on one of his projects and ever he’s ready to present it in The Gambia as music motivates and inspired him.
He commended Gambian artists and urged them to stay focus on their music and well be disciplined and hard work.
The lead famous reggae star, Elijah and his crew, has released six albums with an EP in Switzerland and has been performing in The Gambia as this year mark his 15th anniversary since his first tour in 2006. But this year is different as he will perform with his full band for the first time.
