QNET, a leading e-commerce Networking Company in The Gambia has vowed to produce more Gambian millionaires to curb poverty and ‘Backway’ syndrome in the country through entrepreneurship.
Officials of the company made this statement at QCity on Sunday in Bijilo where more than five hundred Networkers converged in a bid to expose the company’s products and service to members of the public. This is in order to widen their understanding of how the platform operates and function.
At the forum, it was disclosed that the company is an e-commerce based direct selling business, offering a wide range of health, wellness and lifestyle products to customers around the world. It was noted that the company’s products are designed to help people to take charge of their health and improve their livelihood.
According to their officials, the objective of the company is to contribute to the global community through the daily application of RHYTHM- Raise Yourself To Help Mankind through helping individuals achieve their goals and lead better live through a combination of an entrepreneurial business opportunity with life-enhancing products.
Awa Yaffa, an Independent Representative (IR) said joining QNET has indeed changed her live and that of her family, as QNET created a vibrant business for her to engage herself. She disclosed that before joining the Network her monthly salary was less than three thousand dalasi which has tremendously changed for good now.
“I can remember how live was unbearable for me and my family, taking care of my needs and that of my family as a teacher. That was one of the difficult experiences that I can recall. However, since I join this Network things have change from bad to good,” Madam Yaffa attested.
She further recalled that it was very difficult to convince her to joining QNET Company then because of the negative publicity associated with the company, disclosing that all those negative publicities are false as they are rather in the opposite.
She therefore called on Gambian youths to embrace the company that is ready to make them millionaire in their own backyard. She stressed that youths must take the entrepreneurship opportunities availed to them by companies in the country in other to end poverty, unemployment and the ‘Backway’ syndrome that youths are grappling with.
Representing the Minister of Interior at the occasion, Manding Saidykhan, Principal Assistant Secretary expressed optimism that QNET will better the lives of Gambians through their multi-faceted business opportunities available. He added that that government of The Gambia is ready to align itself with ventures that are meant to uplift the lives and living condition of the youth folk.
He enjoined Gambian Youths to learn from the various presenters who through hard work, dedication and commitment become rich by engaging in entrepreneurship. He added that if youths engage in entrepreneurship crime rates in the country will significantly reduce and contribute to prospects of the country.
Sutay Jawo, Deputy Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Youths and Sports representing Minister of Youths and Sports expressed his Ministry’s resolve to team up with Gambian youths in their various endeavours, noting that if QNET can make other nationals to become millionaires Gambian youths must also take the opportunity to becoming millionaires.
Jawo said his Ministry will continue to render support to youth organizations and associations within the country, as the Ministry’s doors will continue to be opened to the diverse youth groups of the country.
Many Independent Representatives or Networkers who spoke at the event hailed from various countries within the continent including Guinea Conakry, Benin, Cameroon, Burkina Faso, Mali and The Gambia.
Independent Representative such as Musa Nyockeh, Ousman Drammeh, Abdul Salam Barry, Lamin Ceesay among others gave graphic details of their various deplorable situations they underwent before joining the QNET which is now changed their lives for good as they are now getting the rewards of their investment with the company.
They encourage youths and the elderly people to join the Network to become successful entrepreneur in their own domain without relying on families for financial help.
