Ministry of Trade, Industry, Regional Integration and Employment and Gambia Women’s Chamber of Commerce has signed a Memorandum of Understanding which seeks to strengthen GWCC’s capacity to support women entrepreneurs across The Gambia.
The MOU will support the rollout of programmes related to advocacy on procurement and opportunities, as well as creating business linkages through B2B meetings.
A regional chapter will be established across all regions in The Gambia to assist women in rural areas with local trainings and facilitate access to procurement opportunities as well.
