Bamba Tenda is a 10 piece musical ensemble, including members from Finland and Gambia. The band was given birth at the city of Pori, Finland, in Autumn 2016.
Bamba Tenda’s music floats in a bubbling beat and rhythm stream, having a different blends of reggae, afro, soul, funk and everything else that moves ya, rolled in one.
Bamba Tenda – EP was released in December 2019.
They have been working kinda like seasonally from autumn 2016. Started jamming and little by little evolving our music. The members have many other musical projects too and we have to schedule our work in that way.
Now, early 2020 they started working on their first album, until the Covid-19 situation forced them to took a little break.
They are now working their songs and putting their first single out later on this summer. The band is eager to do live shows in various cities when the Cov-19 situations resolves.
