Police are probing the fraud case which involved Sarjo Corr and Momodou Juldeh Jallow, senior staff of Access Bank, who were on Wednesday arrested in Senegal and returned back to country for allegedly attempt to escape with over GMD 21.4m million.
“We can officially confirm that, the two suspects Juldeh Jallow and Sarjo Jallow in Access Bank, Barra branch fraud case have been arrested and are currently helping the police in their investigations,” police spokesman superintend Lamin Njie told The Voice on Thursday.
He added “A confirmed amount of about D21, 437,722:90 was missing.”
