Promising Gambian musician Alieu Jallow better known as Allen Jay has announced his readiness to hit the waves with his second EP which contains ten-track songs for 2021.
Speaking to The Voice vibes, Jay said he is working on an EP project with Jawa’s Music, which “includes10tracks 5 collators and 5 solos and recently they are working on one of their collaboration songs tittle “MaMa” featuring Lena.B, another one will be Allen Jay featuring Nema Artist tittle “MBOGEL” and others “we are doing a lot of effort and next week we will start our studio section.”
He said he had collaborated with three Gambian artists.
“I want Gambians to see the real Allen and see what I can do because the EP was just a test of me and in this upcoming album there will be more development and more hit tracks,” he said.
He added: “Even though COVID is stopping us from organizing shows we still have chance to do our studio recording considering the preventive measures.”
He expressed gratitude to all his fans and promoter. He said “the new brain who motivates him and assure them that he is doing all his best to make them proud and there are so many projects and hit songs on the pipeline and very soon they will see a new video which will be a project for this year just to show them that they are on the move.”
Allen Jay is a young Gambia Artist who venture into music in 2013 and have passion of becoming a musician since he was going to school. Allen was born and brought up in Neima Kunku where he got his music skill and later move to Kololi to join a guy call New Brain who helped him in his career development.
He wrote his first song in 2013 with the help of New Brain tittle MAMA “YAE” and since then he has been trying so hard to build up his music career. In 2016 he went back to Nema Kunku and starts the journey of a solo Artist doing everything by himself and formed a fan-based club call kingdom Allen which was later change to Allen Nation.
He said: “to be a solo Artist is not easy when you don’t have financial support and he find it very challenging in the past years but he never quit because it was one of the greatest things, he achieved in his music career. In 2018 Allen started working on his own project to launch an EP which took him to Dakar to record 6songs.”
“During my EP launching I went to so many companies for sponsorship but none of them sponsored only golden properties that supported me” In 13th 2020 he launches his first EP call “LINGUERE” At Alliance Franco. Allen has achieved 12songs so far in his music career and looking forward to achieve more he is officially yet to work with Music labels but as of now, he is working with Allen Nation and MCJ money is his Manager.
