Pa Salieu, UK based Gambian young rapper from Coventry invites the East London rapper BackRoad Gee on his new single.
Pa Salieu is one of the UK’s most emerging new talents. The artist cultivates a strong link with his Gambian identity and offers an original fusion of afroswing, dancehall and UK drill.
The young rapper started the year with his track “Frontline” which earned him huge co-signatures from big British names like J Hus and SL. Despite being shot in the head in February in front of a bar in Coventry, he continues to keep the machine running with a series of hit singles. Less than a month later, his collaboration with SL on “Hit the Block” was featured on Virgil Abloh’s playlist for Vogue.
He continues this series with “My Family”, produced by the London-based team The FaNaTiX who already worked with David Guetta, Nicki Minaj, Popcaan, VybzKartel, Giggs, StyloG, Chip and Alkaline to name a few.
