Apple Tree International Graduates 59 Students

 Apple Tree International over the weekend held a graduation ceremony for 59 outstanding students of the school in an event held at the school premises in Kotu.

Speaking at the graduation ceremony, the guest speaker, Imam Alhagie Ousainou Jallow one of the Commissioners at the TRRC said everybody needs to follow certain discipline to maintain a successfully and authentic lifestyle without any distraction to leave behind an inspiring story of success for others.

According to him, empirical evidence has shown that societies with the highest rate of discipline are the fastest developing societies whilst the least discipline societies only witness “ever-worsening conditions.”

“As the future looks more uncertain with current global challenges, young people need to be opened and ready to take up the responsibility of bringing about a steady growth and development to society”, he added.

Imam Jallow went on and advises the graduated students that as they pass through the gates of the school they should make it a habit to excel at whatever they do no matter what the challenges might be.

The principal of the school, Mr. Kogyaan Owusu, said the event marked another milestone in the history of the school in terms of achievement and maintaining of the school’s standard as a reputable learning institution.

He explained that since the inception of the school some years ago, it has witnessed significant increase in “the enrollment of students and impressive academic results” in the GABECE and WASSCE examinations.

Gods favour Chuks, head boy of the school also added that, “This past academic year, was arguably the most difficult year we have ever faced. We have learned more, cried more, and grown more than ever before”, He added.

He however recounted on their ordeals in terms of good, best and ugly periods and gave thanks to God for guiding them through.
