Kanifing Municipal Council has introduced new number plates for animal carts that seeks to help strengthen safety within the municipality, as the council officials meet with donkey and horse cart
“Today marks another milestone in our efforts to make the municipality a better and safer place for all service providers, ‘Mbalit’ project and environment service team today met with the donkey cart owners in consultation to introduce new number plates for each animal cart user,” the council said.
“Animal Driven cart registration is important because it will aid control, enforcement and health and Safety,” the council added.
