Mustapha Gassama age 2, resident of London Corner has been diagnosed of variety of medical complications ranging from; inability to pass stool since birth, facial dysmorphism, Down syndrome congenital heart defects and Hirsch sprung, this child is currently battling out with other unnamed life threatening ailments.
According to the medical report signed and dated 16th January 2020 by Dr k Kassama in paediatrics Department of Kanifing General Hospital, this minor has been reviewed by expert surgeons, but their efforts to revive his appalling medical status were not embraced by the child’s current conditions.
The medical report indicated that Mustapha Gassama has been admitted about 10 times in the hospital, struggling to save his life out of the wrath of his underlined medical conditions.
