Babucarr Cham was Tuesday arraigned before the Kanifing Magistrate Court for offence of an attempt to commit a felony, an offence contrary to section 365 of the criminal code laws of The Gambia.
Narrating the particular of his offence Babucarr Cham on or about the 30th day of April 2021, at pipeline in the Kanifing Municipality of the Republic of The Gambia, he attempt to commit felony by entering into the compound of Alahgie Kutobo Jahaly Touray with the intension to commit felony therein with stealing and hereby committed an offence.
However, the accused person was given a bail in sum of D5000 with one Gambian surety while he should be reporting at the police station twice a week.
Representing the IGP was SG 4196 S Bah and the case was adjourned to 18th May, 2021 for hearing.
