“The Office of the Inspector General of Police hereby informs the public that it is investigating a case of an alleged rape of  11-year-old boy which was reported on the 22nd May, 2021 at Old Jeshwang.

“Crime scene investigators visited the scene and a criminal investigation into the matter is underway. The Police Gender and Child Protection Department in consultation with relevant stakeholders is arranging to provide psycho-social support to the victim and his family.
