Lawyer Abdulai Sissoho, a private legal practitioner is expected to appear before a Magistrate Court in Banjul today, a source closed to the family told this medium yesterday.
According to our source who prefers anonymity; the case which was filed earlier is premised on titled deeds over family properties which are all in the custody of the defendant, Abdulai Sissoho.
“The title deeds of the properties which are in his custody belong to our father who is still alive. We have been following him to return the title deeds despite the intervention and advice of the elders, he still refused to comply, we have filed a law suit before the Banjul Magistrate Court through our lawyer and the case is expected to be heard today,” our source added.
