Gambian artiste Singjay KS is expected to launch his debut Extended Play (EP) with a live onstage performance on 16th October 2021 at Jama Hall.
Fans and new listeners can listen to a preview of this impressive EP which will be available on all streaming and download sites such as Spotify, Apple Music, Audiomack etc on October 8th 2021. Available for listening right now on Apple Music is track number one titled “Heart Broken”. The multilingual artist is one of the very few in the Gambia that sings fluently in English and French, as well as local Gambian languages such as Wolof and Mandinka. Singjay KS’ upcoming EP features some of the biggest Gambian artists such as Say’hu, Attack, Talibeh Izzy, and Tee.
Signed to GSC Records under the management of International UK-Based Producer Malang Fatty, Singjay KS is set to take the Gambian music scene by storm this October 2021. His soothing style which infuses a contemporary blend of Afro-beats, Afro-swing and Hip hop is sure to appeal to fans of all ages.,
He told the Voice Vibes that: “I was influenced by music from a variety of artists and genres however, the main ones are Burna Boy, Jay Hus, Drake, Travis Scott and Lil Durk. I also listen to a lot of other artists that are on top. I love Afro-beats and Afro-swing but I also do listen to Ndaga and Youssou Ndour. That is what inspired one of my recent songs “Poucherou”.
He assured all his fans to prepare. There’s going to be 14 songs on the EP and two bonus tracks. So, needs fans to get ready because he promise all the songs are hit songs with fire that all his fans will love.
