Access Bank opens new branch in Senegambia

Access Bank has opened the 7th branch office located at Senegambia that seeks to improve its banking services in the country.

Speaking during the opening ceremony held along Senegambia strip, the bank’s Executive Director of IT and Operations, Dapo Adepoju, said: “we pray that from this branch, we would be able to empower people around this location, increase our contribution in terms of a job that is provided to the country and we hope to also continue to expand our footprint across the country and ensure that our customers, staff and all members are satisfied.”

Meanwhile, Mr Ayokunle, Managing Director of Access Bank, also said: “Interestingly this branch is not like any other bank, it is actually branded for women. Women lounge is here in Senegambia. And we will be looking forward to doing a lot of things with women through this branch and we hoping that customers will also support so that we give greater and better services.”

“As Access Bank added the branch, there is going to be more progress for the bank and more profit for the customers and their security personnel will have better service, also more places will be provided in future,” he added.

However, Dominic Mendy, a board member  urged the bank’s staff to know the business of their customers as much as possible so that they will be able to know how to intervene to help them.

“I, therefore, assure you that the board will provide all the support that this bank needs to expand and to be the best bank in this country,” he said.

Mr Hetam, Managing Director of R&R expressed gratitude over the opening new branch saying “bank is not about size, it is about customer satisfaction.”

“Access Bank is the first bank we work with they have been providing services for The Gambia especially in the tourism sector and I think this location will serve as a great sector,” he said.
