Independent Presidential Candidate, Essa Mbye Faal has affirmed to people of Sarre Bojo in Central River Region (CRR) that the story of The Gambian people remains the Same from Kartong to Koina, observing that most communities in the country lacks health facilities, water supply and youth employment.

The former lead counsel of the Truth Reconciliation and Reparations Commission (TRRC) is on   his campaign for the forthcoming presidential election slated for 4th December, 2021, where he is challenging President Adama Barrow (NPP), veteran politicians Lawyer Ousainou Darboe (UDP), Hon. Halifa Sallah (PDOIS) Hon. Mama Kandeh (GDC) and newcomer Abdoulie Jammeh (NUP).

According  to him the situation of the Gambian peoples from Kartong to Koina remains the same, observing that most communities lacks health facilities, water supply and youth unemployment, noting it is disheartening to see the type of water some communities are drinking couple with the rampant youth unemployment.

Faal pointed out  the Gambian government has neglected the peoples of the rural Gambia at the expense of other sectors including the office of the President, disclosing that over six hundred million (D600, 000, 000) have been budget for the office of the President while nothing has been budget for the rural folks.

He noted  to that Gambia government has realistically failed the farmers whose fertilisers have been smuggled to Senegal for sale, adding that over five years Barrow’s government have not been able to change the sufferings of the Gambian peoples.

“If you vote for us, we will establish a transparent government but not a corrupt government because by now you can attest whether we established the truth or not. We only know the truth and the law and under our leadership everybody will be accorded your full rights,” he said.

Essa Mbye Faal assured the rural Gambians that once given the power to govern the country his team will not steal state money and will not squander the properties of the defenseless citizens and residents alike.

“For the youths, if you vote for me, we change this government, we will work for your interest. We will train you on skills, every youth will be train to acquire knowledge in skills work so that if you can’t get employment, you can create jobs for yourself,” Essa Faal promised Gambian Youth.
