The Kanifing Magistrate Court has ordered an accused, Ali Jammeh, who is currently charged with two counts of offence to be taken for a medical check-up.
Magistrate M Faal yesterday ordered the 18-year-old boy to go for dental check-up.
According to the particulars of his offence, Ali Jammeh on 21st October 2021 at Bakoteh Sanchaba in the Kanifing Municipality he entered into the compound of Fa Ansu Danjo with the intent to commit felony to wit: stealing.
Also, Ali Jammeh on same day, date and place he was found with a knife in a public place which caused terror to the general public.
However when he was asked about his age, he said he’s 18 years old , therefore the Magistrate ordered that he should be taken for a dental check-up.
The case is been adjourned to the 23rd November 2021 at 1:30pm and Inspector Jammeh represented IGP.
