An accused in the name Assan Jeng was Monday appeared before Principal Magistrate Isatou Janneh Njie of the Kanifing Magistrate Court for offence of trafficking obscene publications.
As reported, on 6th November 2021 at Friendship Hotel, Bakau in Kanifing Municipality, Assan Jeng took naked pictures of Fatou Sarjo without her consent and sent it to her with threats that he will publish it.
The case is been adjourned to 2nd December at 12 noon for hearing. ASP Sanyang represented IGP.
