Gibi Faal who is charged with assault has pleaded not guilty to the charge on Tuesday when he appeared before Magistrate Tamara Chaw of the Kanifing Magistrate Court.
He is however granted bail in the sum of D5000 with one Gambian surety who shall deposit his or her ID card to the court registrar.
Gibi Faal on 7th October 2021 at Latrikunda Germany wilfully assaulted Jalika Susso by stamping her with a chair.
Meanwhile Magistrate Chaw has adjourned the case to the 13th December 2021 after taking his plea, 1st class L Gibba represented IGP.
