The Gambia Volleyball Federation (GVBF) has been entrusted by the Confederation of African Volleyball (CAVB) to host the next Zone II Volleyball championship for men and women players.
The championship is scheduled for 13th to 17th January 2022 in Banjul and named after the memory of the late Alh. Baba Sy, will be competed by eight nations within the zone.
The late Baba Sy was president of the Senegalese Volleyball Federation and Vice President of Confederation of African Volleyball (CAVB) as well as former International Volleyball Federation (FIVB) official.
