Appearing before the Kanifing Magistrate Court presided on by Magistrate Colley on Thursday Bali Ngum has responded to guilty or no guilty question that she is not guilty of the offence levelled against her.
Pleaded not guilty, the presiding Magistrate said the police bail condition will continue for the accused.
According to her particular of offense, Bali Ngum on 20th December 2021, at Kanifing Municipality “wilfully obstructed Lamin Jarju and Lamin Fatty, police officers, while in due execution of their lawful duties.”
The case is adjourned to the 20th January at 10:30 am. First Class Bojang represented IGP.
In same vein but different occasion, the Kanifing Magistrate Court has granted an alleged thief, Ebrima Bangura, a D30,000.00 bail on Wednesday.
The alleged suspect Ebrima Bangura charged with felony and stealing pleaded not guilty when he appeated before the presiding Magistrate Colley.
According to count one of his particular of offense, Ebrima Bangura on 20th November 2021, at Kanifing Municipality broke and entered into the medical store office of the Ministry of Health, with intent to commit felony therein with stealing. And on count two, he on the same day and the same place unlawfully stole the following items from the medical store office of the Ministry of Health – one flat screen TV mark Hisense valued at D27,900 being the properties of the medical store office.
The case is been adjourned to the 24th January at 12:30pm, Cop Jarra represented IGP.
