B4U Kiang West has recorded back-to-back victories, while Gunjur United were held to a draw during their week-12 fixtures of the Gambia Football Federation (GFF) Second Division League played on Tuesday.
The Kiangkers, B4U, defeated B.K. Milan 3-0 in their week-12 fixture played at the Soma mini-stadium on Tuesday.
B4U Kiang West now collected their sixth win of the season, while B.K. Milan suffered their second defeat of the season.
The Kiangkers overall collected six wins, two draws and four defeats in twelve games, while the Bakau Kachikally Milan team registered five wins, four draws and two defeats after eleven games.
The victory moved B4U Kiang West to fourth position on 20 points, leveling with Tallinding United, while the defeat B.K. Milan dropped to sixth position on 19 points.
Elsewhere, Gunjur United were held to a 1-1 draw by Kanifing East in a game played at the Late Ousman Saho field in Old Yundum.
This is the fourth draw earned by the Coastal Town boys, Gunjur, while the Eastern boy, Kanifing registered their sixth draw of the season.
Gunjur United overall collected six wins, four draws and one loss after eleven games, while Kanifing East registered four wins, six draws and two defeats in twelve matches.
The draw maintained Gunjur United in second position with 22 points, leveling with PSV Wellingara, while Kanifing East sat seventh position on 18 points, leveling with Medical FC.
Bombada FC defeated Wagadu 1-0 in their week-12 fixture played at the Lives Your Dreams Sports Academy in Basori.
The Brikama-based team, Bambada, now collected their fourth win of the season, while the Upper River Region-based team Wagadu suffered their six defeat of the season.
Bombada overall registered four wins, two draws and five defeats after eleven games, while Wagadu collected three wins, three draws and six defeats after twelve matches.
The victory moved Bombada FC to tenth position on 14 points, leveling with Greater Tomorrow, while Wagadu sit thirteen position with12 points.
At the time of going to press yesterday, Wednesday, Jam City were taking on Greater Tomorrow at the Late Ousman Saho field in Old Yundum.
On Thursday, tomorrow, Immigration will take on Young Africans at the Independence Stadium in Bakau and Jarra West will also battle it out with Red Hawks at the Soma mini-stadium.
