Gambian foreign-based players, Pa Amat Dibba, Momodou Bojang and Ebrima Singhateh have all scored for their professional clubs during their previous fixtures.
Veteran striker Pa Amat Dibba has scored the only goal for his Turkish side Eyüpspor during their 1-1 draw against Adanaspor during the week-28 fixture of the Turkish Second Division League played at the Yeni Adana Stadyumu on Monday.
The 34-year-old scored his side’s equalizing goal in the 71 minute to cancel out Yohan Roche’s opener in the 61 minute for Adanaspor.
This strike is the 8th league goal scored by Pa Amat Dibba in 22 league matches for Eyüpspor.
The draw moved Eyüpspor to 4 position on 46 points after 28 matches.
The Gambia Under-20 striker, Momodou Bojang has scored for his Portuguese U-23 side FC Famalicão during their 5-2 win over Sporting U23 in a game played at the CGD Stadium Aureilio Pereira on Monday.
The 20-year-old former Brikama United striker, who was introduced in the second half now scored his third league goal for FC Famalicão in the Liga Revelação.
The former Elite United attacker, Lamarana Jallow was named in the starting XI as the game coincided with his 20th birthday.
The victory moved Momodou Bojang and FC Famalicão level on (30) points at the top of the standings with Maritimo, while Sporting occupied 6th position on 20 points after 13 matches.
Ebrima Singhateh also scored for his Estonian side Paide during their 3-1 away Premium league win against JK Tammeka.
The 18-years old former Real de Banjul player, now scored six goals in three matches and also scored five for Paide U21 side.
