Wallidan FC and Samger FC were both forced to barren goalless draws during their week-15 fixtures of The Gambia Football Federation (GFF) First Division League played at the Independence Stadium in Bakau on Monday.
Wallidan FC was forced to collect their seventh draw of the season after playing a goalless draw against The Gambia Ports Authority (GPA) in the earlier game played at the Stadium floodlights on Monday.
Ferry boys, GPA registered their fifth draw of the season.
The Blue Boys, Wallidan overall earned five wins, seven draws and suffered three defeats after 15 games, while GPA overall collected four wins, five draws and conceded six defeats after 15 matches.
The result left Wallidan FC in 5th position with 22 points, leveled with Gamtel FC, while GPA occupy 12th position with 17 points, leveled with Samger FC.
Elsewhere, Samger FC was also held to a goalless draw by The Gambia Armed Forces (GAF) in the late encounter played at the Independence Stadium in Bakau on Monday.
The Cherno Samba Academy boys, Samger FC registered their fifth draw of the season, while the struggling Soldiers, GAF recorded their sixth draw of the season.
Samger FC overall recorded four wins, five draws and suffered six defeats after 15 encounters, while GAF overall collected two wins, six draws and conceded seven losses after 15 matches.
The draw left Samger FC at 13th position with 17 points, leveled with GPA, while GAF sat second-from-bottom-(14th)-position with 12 points.
