Wagadu were beaten 2-1 by B4U Kiang West during their week-20 fixture played at the Soma Mini-Stadium yesterday, on Wednesday.
The Kiangers, B4U, now recorded their tenth victory of the season, while the Upper River Region-based team, Wagadu suffered their ninth defeat of the league.
The Lower River Region-based team, B4U Kiang West overall collected ten wins, four draws and six defeats, while Wagadu overall collected five wins, eight draws and eight defeats after 20 games.
The victory moved B4U Kiang West to 3rd position with 34 points, while the defeat dropped Wagadu to 13th position with 21 points.
Elsewhere, PSV Wellingara were held to a goalless draw by Kanifing East during their week-10 fixture game played at the Late Ousman Saho Football Field in Old Yundum.
The Wellingara-based team, PSV, are now forced to collect their third draw of the season, while the Eastern Boys, Kanifing, recorded their tenth draw of the league.
PSV Wellingara overall recorded eleven wins, three draws and six defeats, while Kanifing East overall collected six victories, ten draws and four losses after 20 matches.
The result moved PSV Wellingara to 2nd position with 36 points, leveling with BK Milan at the top of the standings, while Kanifing East occupied 9th position with 28 points.
Immigration FC defeated Jam City 3-0 during their week-20 match played at the Lives Dreams Sports Complex in Basori.
The Immigration side now collected their ninth win of the league, while Jam City suffered their twelfth defeat of the season.
Immigration FC overall collected nine wins, five draws and six defeats, while Jam City overall earned five victories, three draws and twelve losses after 20 games.
The triumph moved Immigration FC to 7th position with 32 points, while Jam City maintained their position at the relegation zone at 16th position with 18 points, leveling with Waterside FC.
At the time of going to press on Thursday, there were three encounters in the GFF 2nd Division League week-20 fixtures.
Jarra West were ballting with Greater Tomorrow at the Soma Mini-Stadium; Red Hawks and Latrikunda United were entertaining each other at Basori and Gunjur United were battling it out with Tallinding United at the Late Ousman Saho Field in Old Yundum respectively.
On Friday, tomorrow, Medical FC will play against Bombada FC at the Soma Mini-Stadium.
Meanwhile, in the GFF First Division League game on Wednesday, Steve Biko played a goalless draw with Team Rhino during their rescheduled week-10 fixture played at the Independence Stadium in Bakau.
The Beach Boys, Steve Biko, now recorded their sixth draw of the season, while Team Rhino registered their tenth draw of the league.
The draw sit Steve Biko at 6th position with 24 points, while Team Rhino occupied 13th position with 19 points after playing 18 matches.
