Scorpion’s winger Modou Barrow has extended Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors’ unbeaten run to six games after scoring the only goal for his side during their 1-1 home draw against Gangwon during their week-12 fixture of the Korean K-League played on Sunday.
The 29-year old attacker scored his side’s only goal in the 88th minute of the game to cancel out Gangwon’s opener through Kim Dae-won in the 84th minute of the game.
The Gambian international has now scored his second Korean League goal for Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors after six appearances.
Barrow who played a key role in Gambia’s maiden appearance in the Africa Cup of Nations in Cameroon has also continued playing key roles for his Korean side.
This result moved Modou Barrow and his Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors to 5th position with 19 points, leveling with Pohang Motors, while Gangwon sit 11th position with 11 points.
