Alagia Sarr, head coach of The Gambia local-based team (CHAN) has released his 30-man squad ahead of the international friendly against Senegal.
Coach Alagie Sarr held a two week screening exercise to finally come out with his 30-man players.
The head coach of the local-based national team will use the June 10 friendly as an opportunity to assess his players ahead of the beginning of the CHAN qualifiers later this year.
According to Coach Alagie Sarr, the provisional list of players would focus on the preparations for the Senegal friendly, after which an assessment will be conducted for adjustments to beef up the final squad for the CHAN qualifiers in Algeria.
The 30-man players that are selected for the Senegal game are:
Goalkeepers are Bubacarr Sillah (Brikama United); Musa Jatta (Wallidan FC); Pa Ebou Dampha Waa Banjul; Ansuman Saho Marimoo and Ebrima Jaiteh PSV Wellingara
Center Backs are Peter Sambou (GPA); Momodou Ndow (Wallidan); David Sambou (Real de Banjul); Gregory Sambou (Real de Banjul); Sidiki Jawara (Samger) and Henry Jobe (Banjul United).
Righ Backs are Moses Jasseh (GPA) and Saihou Mansally (Real de Banjul).
Left Backs are Modou Manneh Real de Banjul and Sainey Sanyang (Hawks FC).
Defensive Midfielders are Baba Ceesay (Banjul United); Lamin Saidykhan (Fortune); Modou Jim Gaye (Immigration) and Abdoulie Kah (Gamtel FC).
Attacking Midfielders are Abdoulie Kandeh (Wallidan FC); Modou Lamin Jarjou (Hawks FC) and Bun Sanneh (Brikama United).
Right Wings are Ebou Kanteh (Brikama United) and Modou Lamin Demba (Real de Banjul).
Left Wings are Dodou Nyan (Banjul United) and Modou Salieu Jallow (Waa Banjul).
Strikers are Omar Sarr (Hawks FC); Mansour Mbye (Banjul United); Adama Bojang (Steve Biko) and Ousman Sillah (Wallidan FC).
