The fourth edition of the Senegambia Volleyball Cup will kick start in Banjul today, on Thursday 26th May until on Monday May 30th 2022 where 8 Volleyball clubs from both Gambia and Senegal will take part.
The Gambia will be represented by reigning champions Serekunda East and Gamtel/Gamcel in the male category while Police and GAF are representing the women category.
Senegal will also be represented by Soccocim and Saltigue in the female category, and AFSA in the male category.
The teams arrived in Banjul yesterday on Wednesday 25th May.
The competitions will be held from today, on Thursday 26th to 28th and 29th May will be All beach volleyball day at Palma Rima beach.
The championship is meant to solidify the brotherly relationship between the two countries through the organization of youth and sports activities and increase the competitiveness of volleyball in the two countries.
