The Fajikunda Health Centre has recently held its 11th annual data presentation and also dilated on achievements of the facility in the past years.
Speaking during the opening ceremony of the presentation, Babading Sabally representing the Minister of Health said Fajikunda has a history and that is maternal health care system and he urged them to continue keeping that legacy.
He thanked all the staff of the health centre for their good work which they have been proving to the people of Fajikunda and the country at large.
Ramata Camara De, Regional Health Director Western Region 1 also said it is a routine process of Fajikunda Health Centre since the initiation, “data has been put across by the committee of Fajikunda to see what the facility has done and what are the way forward to improve the lapses.
“Today marks the 11th ceremony and is a celebration of mixed feelings because there are a lot of achievements the center has made for the past years” she said.
According to her, with all the challenges in life the staff of Fajikunda health Centre stood by each other to make sure that they continue the work.”
Fatoumatta Sanyang, regional principal nursing of western region 1 said to maintain a health care environment the OIC has to engage in degree of staff management. Managing staff goes beyond creating schedules and ensuring that you utilized every staff member.
She said when a patient walks into a health care facility that person has retain an expectation about the environment, he or she encounters in the health facility.
Pateh Saho senior administrative officer western health region 2, Allagie Sankareh, regional director health services western region 1 said all made a vibrant informative remark at the presentation event.
