The National Inter-departmental Sports Association (NISA), a sports body comprising major establishments in the country is set to hold its 2022 championship.
This tournament amongst other things is meant to foster unity and collaboration amongst sectors and institutions in the country.
Companies and institutions expected to compete in this year’s edition include: The Gambia Printing and Publishing Corporation (GPPC); The Gambia International Airline (GIA); Social Security and Housing Finance Cooperation (SSHFC); Food Safety and Quality Assurance; Turkish School; National Road Authority; The Gambia Police Force; The Gambia Maritime Administration (GMA); The Gambia Ports Authority (GPA); The Gambia Radio and Television Services (GRTS); Gam Petroleum; Physical Planning; Kanifing Municipal Council (KMC); Edward Francis Small Teaching Hospital (EFSTH); Banjul City Council (BCC); The Gambia Revenue Authority (GRA) and The Gambia Armed Forces (GAF).
Meanwhile, companies and institutions interested in participating in the championship but are yet to register are urged to do so.
NISA was formed in 2003 with the motto: to foster personal interaction, discipline, tolerance and mutual understanding in the working life of all members of the association.
