Bradford Madina to battle with Kutojombulu in Soccer Sports League tournament final

Bradford Madina United and Kutojombulu United will both battle it out in the Soccer Sport League tournament final after both winning their semifinal encounters against Benjamin United and Q.P.R United respectively, during games played at the Canaan football field in Brikama, West Coast Region.

Bradford Madina United first booked their place into the final after eliminating their arch rival Benjamin United 1-0 during the semifinal played last weekend.

Modou Lamin Ceesay scored the game’s only goal for Bradford United in the 70th minute of the game.

Benjamin United, however, tried to restore purity but couldn’t capitalize on their chances created after being denied by the solid defense of Bradford United.

It was an interesting game for Benjamin United to contend against their arch rival, Bradford United. This game was well intended by fans and football lovers in Brikama.

Elsewhere, Kutojombulu United also progressed into the final after defeating their arch rivals Q.P.R United 6-5 in a post-match penalty shootout following a 1-1 draw in the regulation time.

Kutojombulu United opened the scoring through their captain Musa Marena in the 26th minute of the game, while Q.P.R restored purity after substitute Ismaila Ceesay goal in the 76th minute of the second period, forcing the game into a post-match shootout.

Meanwhile, the anticipated mouthwatering Soccer Sport League tournament final between Bradford United and Kutojombulu United is scheduled on Sunday 26 June 2022 at the Canaan football field in Brikama, West Coast Region.
