Serrekunda East Nawettan qualifiers update

The Serrekunda East Sports Developmental Organisation (SESDO) has intensified with their ongoing nawettan qualifiers as they almost completed their second round fixtures of 32 teams with all games played at the Buffer Zone field in Tallinding.

Lions of T. Town beat Fajikunda Utd 3-2 on post-match penalty shootout after a 2-2 draw in the final score-line in a game played on Tuesday.

Lions of T. Town, has collected a back-to-back win after defeating Black Stone 2-0 during the opening knockout game. They now progressed into the third round of the tournament following their latest victory over Fajikunda United.

Fajikunda United, who won their opening game (2-0) against Sinchu Jola Kunda are now eliminated out of the qualifying round.

Late Njuga FC eliminated Herr Bi 2-0 during the late game played on Tuesday.

Both teams ended the game with 10-men after each had one of their players sent off for unsporting behaviors.

Late Njuga FC, who continued their unbeaten run after defeating Stockholm 1-0 during their opening game, now book a place into the third round of the tournament.

Herr Bi FC, who also defeated Fria 3-2 in their opening game, are now eliminated out of the nawettan qualifying round.

TK Ajax won Vision Stars 4-0 in a post-match penalty shootout following a goalless draw in regulation time during a game played on Wednesday.

TK Ajax who won their opening game 3-0 against Bundung Ajax are now through to the next round of the knockout tournament, while Vision Stars, who won their opening game against Conj Bi Tallinding are sent packing out of the qualifying round.

Timbuktu FA beat Blue Boys 0-1 during the late game played on Wednesday.

Seedy Sanneh scored the game’s only goal for Timbuktu FA and helped his side progress into the third round of the qualifiers.

Timbuktu FA, who also won their opening game against Waa Wellingara also booked a place into the third round, while Blue Boys, who also won their opening game against Rockers United will wait until next year to participate in the qualifiers again.

Wakhsahalat eliminated Celtic 5-3 in a post-match penalty shootout following a goalless draw in regulation time during a game played on Thursday.

Wakhsahalat FC, has recorded a back-to-back win after defeating Castle 4-3 on post-match penalty shootout during their opening knockout game.

They now progressed into the third round of the tournament following their latest victory over Celtic.

Celtic FC, who won their opening game 1-0 against Golf Yard, are now out of the nawetten qualifying round.

Muha’s beat Nyari Tally 3-0 during the late game played on Thursday.

Muha’s FC, who continued their unbeaten run after defeating Huskers FC 1-0 during their opening game, now book a place into the third round of the tournament.

Nyari Tally FC, who also defeated Bahamas 1-0 in their opening game, have now been eliminated out of the nawettan qualifying round.

Universal Sport also beat Rontah BI

Universal Sport ,who won their opening game 2-0 against Waa Bundung are now through to the next round of the knockout tournament, while Rontah Bi, who also won their opening game 2-1 against Latma Athletic are sent packing out of the qualifying round.

Meanwhile, SESDO will complete its second round fixtures of the ongoing qualifying round tomorrow, on Thursday, when LC Rising Stars will be taking on Konge BI Bundung.
