Scorpion’s midfielder Ebrima Darboe has successfully undergone surgery to repair his torn ACL after injuring himself in Roma’s preseason friendly with Portimonense.
The Gambian midfielder is now looking at a long time for his return: La Gazzetta dello Sport reports that Darboe could miss up to 6-8 months of action.
Before the injury, the 20-year-old had been linked with a move away from the Italian capital in order to seek more playing time.
