Bombada and Greater Tomorrow FC have both won their week-30 fixtures of the Gambia Football Federation (GFF) Second Division League played across different venues yesterday, on Monday.
Bombada FC beat Jarra West 1-0 during a game played at the Brikama Box Bar mini-stadium yesterday.
The Brikama-based team Bombada FC now recorded their fourteenth victory of the league, while the Lower River Region-based team, Jarra West suffered their twelfth defeat of the tournament.
Bombada FC overall collected 14 wins, 9 draws and 7 defeats after 30 games, while Jarra West overall registered 11 victories, 7 draws and 12 losses after 30 matches.
The victory put Bombada FC at 3rd position with 51 points, while the defeat put Jarra West at 11th position with 40 points.
Elsewhere, Greater Tomorrow beat BK Milan 2-0 during a game played at the Late Ousman Saho Filed in Old Yundum.
The West Coast Region-based team, Greater Tomorrow collected their seventeenth win of the league, while the Bakau Kachikally-based team, BK Milan suffered their sixth loss of the competition.
Greater Tomorrow overall collected 17 wins, 5 draws and 8 losses after 30 games, while BK Milan overall registered 11 wins, 13 draws and 6 defeats after 30 matches.
The victory moved Greater Tomorrow to 2nd position with 56 points, while BK Milan the defeat dropped BK Milan to 5th position with 46 points.
