The President and Executive Committee of The Gambia Football Federation (GFF) congratulated Red Scorpions Football Club and PSV Wellingara Football Club for their successes gained in both the Women’s 1st Division League and Male 2nd Division League
The Jeshwang-based outfit, Red Scorpions defeated City Girls 1-0 on Tuesday to be mathematically certain of finishing as the top ranked side in the women’s division.
Meanwhile, the GFF leadership also congratulate PSV Wellingara Football Club for securing a return to the domestic men’s first division league.
The Welliingara-based team beat defeated Wagadu 1-0 during their week-32 fixture played at the Soma Mini-Satdium in LRR on Tuesday.
With just three matches before the end of the season, PSV Wellingara has an unassailable 10-point lead over third place Bombada.
