The Gambia Football Federation (GFF) Women’s 1st Division League best eleven are set to play a friendly game against the Women’s 2nd Division League best eleven, organised by Gam Women’s Football fans in collaboration with Scorpions TV.
The match is slated on Monday 19th September 2022, at the Serrekunda East Mini Stadium at 4:30pm.
According to the organisers, the much-anticipated friendly game is aimed to support Women football athletes, adding that the game is expected to be graced by high profound dignitaries as well as stakeholders in football.
“We hope this initiative, which is to support female athletes in the Gambia, will be one of the many projects to come,” said in a post by organisers.
