Eagle Star, Juventus, D.B.O recorded back-to-back wins in Serrekunda East Nawettan

Eagle Star FC, Juventus FC and Dresden Banjul Organisation (D.B.O) FC have all recorded a back-to-back victory in the Serrekunda East Sports Development Organisation (SESDO) ongoing Nawettan tournament.

Eagle Star defeated Rangers FC 1-0 in their second group E game played earlier on Thursday.

Muhammed Njie scored the game’s only goal in the stoppage time of the second half.

The Bundung-based team, Eagle Star, now recorded a back-to-back win after winning an appeal against Jola Kunda, whom they drew 1-1 with in their opening game.

London United beat Nguma FC 1-0 in their second group F game played later on Thursday.

Modou Ndure scored the only goal in the game for the London Corner-based team in the 53 minutes.

The London Corner based team, now recorded four points in two games after drawing goalless against Wah Sa Halat in their opening game, while Nguma now lost their opening game in the competition.

Casa United were held to a goalless draw against Cannon during their second group G game played earlier on Friday.

Casa United now recorded a single point after, while Cannon collected two points after drawing two of their matches

Macassa FC defeated Old Hands 2-0 during their second group H game played later on Friday.

Sheikh Ebrima Njie opened the scoring in the 64 minutes, before Assan Jaharteh doubled their lead in the 69 minutes.

The Latrikunda-based team, Macassa now collected four points after drawing goalless against Ebbeh Bi in their opening game, while Old Hands now recorded zero points after losing their opening game.

Late Njuga beat Ball Conge 1-0 during their second group B game played earlier on Saturday.

The Abuko-based team, Late Njuga FC now recorded four points after drawing one all against Zurich in their opening game, while Ball Congo recorded three points in two matches after defeating B.B Rovers in their opening game.

Elsewhere, Juventus won Weh Weh Bi 2-1 in their second group A game played later on Saturday.

Alasana Sanneh opened the scoring for Juventus in the 10 minutes, before Baba Saine leveled for Weh Weh Bi in the 17 minutes.

Hagie Touray restored Juventus lead in the 66 minutes of the second half.

The Tallinding-based team, Juventus now recorded six points after recording a back-to-back win while Weh Weh Bi recorded zero points after losing both of their opening games. They were first defeated 1-0 by Milan Ross.

Dresden Banjul Organisation (D.B.O) FC defeated Zurich 1-0 in their second group B game played earlier on Sunday.

Tumbul Sanneh scored the game’s only goal for the Wellingara-based formerly of Manchester United team in the 15 minutes.

The Super Cup Winners D.B.O now recorded six points following a back-to-back victory. They first defeated B.B Rovers 3-1 in their opening encounter, while Zurich also collected one point after drawing one all against Late Njuga in their opening game.

Bantaba FC beat T-Central 1-0 in their second group A game played later on Sunday.

Falcons FC beat Future Bi 2-0 in their second group C game played earlier on Wednesday.

Francis Camara opened the scoring for Falcons FC in the early 5 minutes of the game, before Jesus Gomes doubled their lead in the 35 minutes before going for the break.

The Abuko-based team, Falcons, now recorded their first win, while Future Bi recorded a single point in two games after drawing goalless against Leeds United in their opening game.

Bijankerr won New Germany 1-0 in their group D game played later on Wednesday.

Bakary Njie scored the only goal for the Bundung-based team Bijankerr after converting a penalty spot in the 60 minutes.

Bijankerr now collected six points after winning both their fixtures. They defeated Lions of T-Town 1-0 in their opening game, while New Germany now lost their opening game.
