Man City United, has booked a ticket to the semi-final of the Tujereng Sports Committee Nawettan league by defeating Arsenal United’s 2- 0 at the Tujereng football field on Sunday.
Man City United progressed into the semi-final joining Sanchaba United who defeated Nema United by 1-0.
Bakary Sankareh scored an opening goal for Man City in the 73 minutes before Muhammed Kasala doubled the lead in the 84 minutes of the game.
However, Muhammed Saidy of Man City was booked with a red in the stoppage time of the game.
On Friday 7th October Queen Park Rangers will battle it out with Jungle Tigers while on Saturday, 8th October United Stars will take on Manchester United for a place in the semi-final.
In the same development, the Tujereng Sports committee knockout league in a separate football tournament kick off on Sunday 9th October and Ben Academy will take on Old Hands United in the opening. All games will play at 4:30 pm at Tujereng field.
