Two Senegalese nationals are charged with a felony and stealing sixteen grosses of cigarettes worth D19,824 belonging to one Abdoulie Bah
The accused Bubacarr Touray and Lamin Ceesay however pleaded not guilty to the charges when the charges were read out to them before Magistrate Agie Bintou Fall of Brikama who granted them bail in a sum of D50, 000 each before adjourning the matter to November 16.
Bubacarr Touray and Lamin Ceesay on Wednesday 19th October 2022 before Magistrate Agi Bintou Faal all pleaded not guilty to the charge filed before the court.
