Queen Park Rangers into Tujereng Semi-Final   Nawettan

Queen Park Rangers defeated one goal to nil Jungle Tigers United to book their ticket to the semi-final of Tujereng Nawettan on Saturday at the Tujereng football field.

Malanding Bojang scored the game’s only goal for Queen Park Rangers in the 43 minutes of the game.

Jungle Tigers United struggled for an equalizing goal but they failed to capitalize on their chances.

Saikou Ndong, head Coach of Queen Park Rangers noted that he was well prepared for the game, noting that he changed his formation for the victory.

 

“ I dominated my arch rivals, Jungle Tigers because they knew that they were duplicating my formation and I am hoping to take two trophies and will never go backward”, he stated.

For his part, Landing Jawara, head coach of Jungle Tigers, expressed his disappointment and stated that he will bounce back in the knockout Nawettan.

However  Sanchaba United,  Man City United, Queen Park Ranger, and Manchester United will battle it out for the trophy in the semi-final.

Meanwhile, Young Black Scorpion, Free Life United, and Old Hand United are all out of Tujereng  Nawettan.

On   Saturday the 28th of October Jah Guide will battle it out with Man City, Solidarity Unity will face Queen Park Ranger on Saturday the 29th of October while Nema United will lock horns with Jungle Tigers United. All games will be played at 4:30 at Tujereng football field.
