Speaker Amason Kingi Tuesday hosted Hon Fabakary Tombong Jatta, Speaker of the National Assembly of The Gambia and his delegation at the Senate.
According to Kingi, they deliberated and concurred that there is need for African legislatures to fully embrace Parliamentary Diplomacy in peace-building and promotion of trade.
The Gambian team is on a benchmarking tour at Parliament of Kenya, a reflection of the vibrant bilateral ties that permeate every facet of relations between the two countries.
